-Adequate knowledge of the contractors role and obligations,conditions of the Contract,the Project management,means,methods,techniques,procedures and limitations.-Knowledge and experience in various safety procedures adopted in the oil field and or civil work.-The responsibility to deliver the project with efficient and timely manner by organizing and planning of resource and crew, analyzing and managing project risk. Also to communicate,review and update the superintendent representative on daily basis of the work progress.
