Main Purpose1.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects2.Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget3.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal procedures and ensuring technical feasibility4.Ensure resource availability and allocation5.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress6.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques7.Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.Main ObjectivesA.Report and escalate to management as neededB.Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholdersC.Perform risk management to minimize potential risksD.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsE.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationF.Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectG.Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levelsH.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsI.Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysisJ.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersK.Use and continually develop leadership skillsL.Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyM.Perform other related duties as assigned.
