Our client is a main contractor seeking a Project Director to oversee a the design, delivery and handover of a large, mega project.Client DetailsOur client is a main contractor delivering infrastructure and building projects across a number of asset classes within the GCC.Description* Overseeing construction project and reporting on regular development* Regularly meeting with clients, third parties and project managers to report progress and ensuring that project managers supervise and manage their own multidiscipline teams* Monitoring progress, providing financial control and ensuring project quality* Devising cost-effective plans and methods to enable effective completion of the project and ensuring necessary permits and legal papers are secured prior to project commencement* Making strategic decisions, providing the necessary leadership and direction for teams of project managers to implement those decisions and managing risks to avoid delays* Building strong working relationships with clientsJob Offer* Competitive salary* Medical and flight allowances* Discretionary bonus REQUIREMENTS: * Over 20 years of experience - minimum* Last 5-10 years delivering building projects 75-100 million USD in value* Civil Engineering Degree* Experience in Kuwait (preferred)* Majority of experience from a Contractor environment
