Our client is seeking a Project Controls Director to create and implement cost control and planning policies and procedures across current developments.Client DetailsOur client is a main contractor specliased in building projects within the GCC.Description* Create and implement project tracking framework to include scheduling, cost/budget, risk, safety and quality* Provide guidance to project control issues* Analyze and evaluate current project status against baseline construction schedule* Create and manage document control system across project portfolio* Supervise performance of Line Managers and Cost/Planning personnel against Project Control measures* Develop and maintain critical paths across current developmentsJob Offer* Competitive salary* Medical and flights* Discretionary bonus REQUIREMENTS: * Strong background within cost control, planning and scheduling* 20 years of experience minimum* Bachelors degree in the relevant field, engineering/quantity surveying* Kuwait experience preferred
