Responsible for designing, programming, testing, maintaining and updating the company?s software applications to meet the needs of the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Design and develop applications and all types of software for the company.
Integrate the company?s various business application solutions to provide comprehensive and seamless services to all users.
Analyze user requirements and identify system functionality.
Transform software requirements, designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language as needed.
Develop testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols for all newly developed software.
Organize workload and estimate the time needed to complete tasks and large-scale projects.
Perform business application testing and installation to ensure the code is correct.
Diagnose and debug errors and document the updates in a timely manner.
Prepare technical specifications and user manuals by writing operating instructions in addition to maintaining historical records by documenting applications? entire life cycle.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Continuously improve skills through training and self-study.
Customize business applications to fit user requirements as and when requested.
Provide end user training in order to ensure applications are used efficiently.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
