Job Category: Project and Program ManagementTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCIEmployee Type: Regular-Long Term AssignmentPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* * *The OpportunityCACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will, in part, be responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.As the selected candidate, you will provide support resources for the performance of project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract or project task(s). This may include travel planning, project coordination, onboarding tasks and other administrative and HR tasks.Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts.
  • Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements.
  • Skilled briefer to assist in introducing new hires into program and relaying contract requirements to employees, corporate and subcontractor partners.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college with five years of human resources or project support experience; or
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college with six years of human resources or project support experience
  • Fluent in the English language (written/oral).
  • US Citizen.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
