Get from the CSD, Production planning and prepare the production lines? scheduling as per the capability & requirement
?Follow up daily on production KPI?s to meet the targets
?Prepare weekly schedule for the production teams
?Control excess finished goods to optimize production
?Check and ensure required materials are arranged by foreman daily on the shop floor for production
?People Management (Recruitment, training and development of production personnel)
?Maximize usage of SAP for daily operations and produce production reports for the management
?Assist Technical department in preparing procedures and work instructions for new product types.
?Assist technical department in settling all quality claims related to finished goods
?Analyze production data to optimize productivity
To monitor all equipment, modification of machineries and coordinate with mechanical and electrical department in case of breakdown
