Production Monitoring and Control:
Monitor daily production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and output.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that soap and detergent products meet or exceed established quality standards.
Assist in implementing quality control measures and corrective actions when necessary.
Process Improvement:
Work with senior engineers to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean or Six Sigma projects.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Generate production performance reports and analysis.
Safety and Compliance:
Promote and adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies.
Equipment Maintenance:
Assist in the maintenance and calibration of production equipment and machinery.
Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
Training and Development:
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Support the training of production operators in best practices and safety procedures.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
