You will oversee and improve production processes in our factory. Engineering aptitude, ahigh attention to detail, and the ability to optimize production processes for maximumefficiency are necessary skills for this role.? Reporting to deputy plant manager.? Follow up the production process, such as design, install, monitor and develop allsystems affecting the manufacturing cycle of products.? Able to develop and maintain efficient manufacturing systems, producing themaximum volume of high-quality product at the lowest cost, and in the shortesttime.? Arrange, plan and schedule the production staff.? Deciding on the effective use of resources, e.g. raw materials, equipment andstaff.? Develop, draw and design any requested products from the administration.? Start and operate the machines, with a full supervision on the foremen andtechnicians.? Investigating ways in which the latest technology could improve the productivityrate of the manufacturing system.? Follow direction of the Superior.? Follow all company rules and regulations.? Plan the routine maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery,? Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs.? Follow up the preventive maintenance for all the machines and equipment.? Repair and fix any mechanical or electrical malfunctions.? Should be involved in all stages of manufacturing process.? Should work in co-ordination with Production engineers, to improve productionfacilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns, and develop strategies toimprove overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and productionprocesses.? Should be involved in the installation and commissioning process.? Prepare daily, weekly and monthly scorecards, dashboards and KPIs.
