Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and purchase medical supplies, equipment, and services in compliance with hospital policies.Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers and vendors.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.Collaborate with departments to forecast procurement needs.Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in healthcare or related industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office.Experience working in Kuwait healthcare sector preferred.
