Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to oversee the end-to-end procurement process for our restaurant chain.This role is responsible for sourcing quality products, managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient stock presence to support restaurant supply needs.Procurement Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of food ingredients, beverages, kitchen equipment, and other operational supplies.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and ensure consistent supply.
  • Ensure all purchased goods meet quality standards, food safety regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Manage procurement contracts, daily purchase orders, and supplier negotiations and agreements.
  • Implement cost-saving tactics while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational requirements without overstocking or waste.
