The Preschool Teacher Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for preschool-aged children. This role involves assisting with classroom activities, supervising children, and helping to implement educational programs that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Key Responsibilities:?Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily activities and educational programs.?Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.?Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being.?Assist with meal times, nap times, and bathroom routines as needed.?Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.?Observe and document children?s progress and behavior.?Help prepare and set up materials for classroom activities.?Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.?Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and regulations regarding health, safety, and child protection.
