Job Description

A preschool teacher is responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow and learn. They play a crucial role in the early development of children by creating a safe and engaging space where they can explore their interests, develop social skills, and learn basic academic concepts.Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
  2. Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  3. Monitor and assess each childs progress, and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
  4. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum.
  5. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their childs development and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a preschool teacher.
  2. Excellent knowledge of child development and early education principles.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  5. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young children.
