Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee our operations in Sabhan, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in plant operations and management and specialized in water, Juice, and DairyResponsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement plant policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  2. Manage and coordinate all production activities, including scheduling, inventory control, and quality control
  3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety
  5. Manage and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to optimize plant performance
  7. Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the plant is operating at maximum efficiency
  8. Implement and maintain a comprehensive safety program to minimize accidents and injuries
  9. Monitor and control plant expenses to meet budgetary targets
  10. Provide regular reports to senior management on plant performance and key metrics
