1- Achieve the agreed targets and KPI?s related to S.H.E, Production, Quality, Costing deduction. 2- Maintain the highest levels of product Quality with maximum efficiency, with special emphasis on food safety and quality control. 3- Update and maintain an efficient system of preventive maintenance plan for all plant machineries. 4- Support & participate in factory problem solving and Quality control auditing (HACCP, GMP) 5- Must have strong knowledge of ISO 22000 requirements and procedure. 6- Maintain and follow up all production and technical records and take necessary action in case of any deviations
