We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing medication counseling to patients, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.Key Responsibilities:Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.Provide medication counseling and advice to patients regarding their prescriptions and over-the-counter products.Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and patient interactions.Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and stock rotation.Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.Educate patients on proper medication use, side effects, and storage.Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure smooth daily operations (if applicable).Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (D.Pharm) degree.Valid license to practice pharmacy.Proven experience as a Pharmacist.Knowledge of pharmacy software and inventory management.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
