Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Kuwait. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing patient counseling, and ensuring the accurate and safe delivery of pharmaceutical care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and maintain the highest standard of pharmaceutical services.Responsibilities:

  1. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide patient counseling on the proper use and potential side effects of medications.
  3. Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  5. Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
  6. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  8. Participate in the training and supervision of pharmacy interns and support staff.
  9. Maintain patient records and perform necessary documentation.
  10. Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of pharmacy.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
  2. Valid Kuwaiti Pharmacist license.
  3. Proven experience as a Pharmacist in a similar setting.
  4. Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  9. Proficiency in computerized pharmacy systems and software.
  10. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
