Job Description

As a Personal Trainer in Kuwait, you will be responsible for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized training plans and guidance. You will work closely with clients to assess their current fitness levels, create tailored workout programs, and provide ongoing support and motivation to help them reach their desired results.Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients goals and needs.
  2. Designing personalized workout programs based on clients fitness levels and goals.
  3. Instructing and demonstrating proper exercise techniques and form.
  4. Monitoring and tracking clients progress and making adjustments to their training plans as needed.
  5. Providing guidance and motivation to clients to help them stay committed and motivated.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Trainer.
  2. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to create and maintain a positive and supportive training environment.
  5. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
