Its an exciting journey were on, and one you could be part of.What we are looking for:Perfumes ConsultantWhat youll do:Follow all relevant Retail policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerEscalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner Guest Experience Focus:Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyaltyCommunicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed their expectationsApply customer journey learning in interactions with Guests Sales Focus: Sales Executive Guest Experience Inventory Control Visual Merchandising Standards Product Knowledge Sales Target Management Customer ServiceAchieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledgeFocus on selling and up sellingSuggest new ideas on how to improve salesPrice and tag items received MerchandisingMaintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotationImplement all merchandising as per the brands visual merchandising guidelinesOthers:Participate in cycle physical countSupport all in-store marketing activitiesParticipate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed REQUIREMENTS: What you need to succeed in this role:Guest experience focusNegotiation and Influencing skillsEffective CommunicationReady to join our exciting transformation to become a hybrid retailer, bringing luxury experiences to the fingertips of our customers everywhere Nows your chance.
