Payroll AccountantJob Location: KuwaitNote: Looking for candidates from inside Kuwait onlyWe are looking for an experienced payroll accountant to overview daily payroll operations in our company.Accountant Responsibilities and Duties:?Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.?Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.?Ensures compliance with as per contract.?Processing invoices and expense claims.?Resolving all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.?Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.?Payroll ? All Activity.?Activity Invoices (Group wise) ? 10 Groups.?Monitoring/Collection/Correction of all Employee Timesheets.?Supervisor Housing Invoices.?Housing & Vehicle Invoices.?Supervisor Food Allowance Invoices.?Insurance Related Invoices.?Maintaining All Supervisor Field break Details.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting/Finance, any additional qualification will be considered.?Min 3-5 year?s relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in Retails,?Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to interact with all levels.?Good MS Office skills and powerful capabilities in MS Excel.?Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
