Job Description

  • Following internally for payment terms & advise the best solutions
  • To communicate & negotiate with vendors for payment agreement
  • follow with bank for payment submission
  • Responsible for payment balances & advise operation team for amendments & cancellation if required
  • Track all payments vs actual activity status of shipments & projects deliveries to avoid any of payments discrepancies
  • Recording all payments in systemized way
  • To assist purchasing team in their major activities.
