we are looking ti hire an experienced Pastry chef to join us in our business (DONUT SHOP).RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DESSERT AND PASTRY CHEF.

create and prepare the pastry and dessert items espicaillly for donuts
prepare ,clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
come up with recipe ideas from scratch plan the menu of desserts and pastry.
ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all items
oversee a team of junior pastry and desserts cook and other staff member as necessary
maintain up to date knowledge about pastry and dessert arts and ingredients
carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspaace
