Job Description

Job Purpose -˙The Parts˙Salesman is responsible for the counter sales to retail customers for the Automotive division.Key Accountabilities:-

  • Follow policies and procedures (YAAS) involving invoicing of cash and credit sales˙
  • Handle counter parts quotations˙
  • Maintain inventory records of sales and microfiche records of parts˙
  • Search for part number in electronic catalogue with the use of VIN for accuracy˙
  • Open WIP in Kerridge and agree on price, print picking slip˙
  • Contact the customer to notify the arrival of parts specially ordered or parts customer was interested in before and where not available at a time˙
  • Provide maximum technical support to increase customer knowledge in benefits of using genuine parts on his vehicle
Salary Range: 250-300KWD
