Job Description

Job Title:Adjunct Professor - Artificial Intelligence (On-site or Remote)American International University (AIU) is seeking passionate and knowledgeable adjunct professors to deliver engaging on-site or remote instruction in various artificial intelligence courses. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in both artificial intelligence and higher education, ready to teach cutting-edge AI courses.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver dynamic lessons focusing on AI fundamentals, principles, tools, techniques, and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Cultivate an interactive and participative learning environment that encourages student engagement, discussions, and critical thinking.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback, addressing student inquiries and concerns regarding course content, assignments, and overall learning experience.
  • Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and student backgrounds, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Utilize innovative teaching tools and methods within the classroom or online environment to facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Maintain clear communication with program coordinators, fellow faculty, and students through in-person or virtual meetings and discussions.
Requirements:
  • Preferred Masters or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
  • Preferred prior experience in teaching and instructional design.
  • In-depth expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, robotics, natural language processing, programming, and related technologies.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible availability for on-site or remote classes, including Kuwait evenings and weekends.
