Pantry attendant requires an Entry level position, the job requires employee to Maintain positive conduct, enthusiasm, Company morale and high professional attitude, Must be able to work overtime, as needed, Well-organized and detail-oriented˙
˙Job Responsibilities:˙˙
Regularly handle food and beverages with high hygiene˙
Make sure that coffee mugs and plates are clean in ever meeting room & after every meeting, Prepare trays with coffee mugs and side orders in all the coffee areas & meeting rooms, Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and are up to hygienic standards Ensure that the coffeemaker is in perfect working condition at all times˙
Top-up, refill coffee machine with beans & tea leaves as required ,˙
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies of coffee bar by coordinating with the Procurement department through email (checking the expiry date and hygiene of the coffee packaging & food supplies of fruits and snacks Ensuring that all coffee blends are available at all times, Restock shelves when necessary˙
Assists in the distribution of replenishment received˙
Reports potential safety hazards to the Facility in charge˙˙
Reports all employee accidents to the Facility in charge˙
Informs the Facility in charge of any operational inconsistencies and product abuse˙
The PA is responsible for serving all products with friendly and individualized attention towards each employee. He is also responsible for educating employees about our premium coffees and teas available˙
Ensuring that all coffee blends are available at all times˙
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance as applicable; calling for repairs as and when needed˙

Greet all employees with friendly and personalized service and develop a rapport with employee by learning their names and guiding them on Food & beverages services provided. Attends calls in a friendly manner to address any queries related to F&B services˙
Answers customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.˙
Provide employees with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions˙
