Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Kuwait. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.   1. Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
  4. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  7. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  9. Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote products or services.
  10. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in outdoor sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Good organizational and time management skills.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  10. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Kuwait.
