Repair and Return of faulty hardware.
Site surveys.
HW/SW inventory based from Work Order BOQ
Provide project updates/report and technical documentation.
Establish and maintain good customer-relation. IV. Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with Team Leader for Optical transmission and wireless lan projects execution.
Responsible for site installation, optical equipment configurations, commissioning and acceptance of METCO partnered systems.
Performs site activities related to Optical transmission system in a timely manner and applying the installation procedures and quality standards.
Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting optical system problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
Conduct and Validate H/W and S/W inventory prior to deliver on site.
Preparation of as ?built documents and update necessary site documents and reports.
Shall be able to analyse, trouble shoot and take remedial action for the optical system outages.
Perform cut over and on call Maintenance work.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with peer leaders and customers.
Any other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager or Executive Manager. I. Job Requirements:
