The Role:As an Operations Support Supervisor, you will supervise different functions within the division to achieve business goals and objectives.Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Maintaining internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards including the delivery of internal and external service level agreements* Reporting and investigating key financial information for the operations team* Developing systems, processes and financial reports for the Operations team to drive business profitability* Collecting information to identify and optimise performance* Acting as a link between the Operations Teams and Head office* Liaising with the functional departments.Qualifications & Requirements:You will have:* Minimum 1 years experience of cross-functional team participation* 2 - 3 years experience at Store Manager level* 1 - 2 years of project management experience* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Computer literacy.
