Highlighting the system issue (OFS) (WMS) to his superiors and communicate with IT in case of blockers.

Define Relevant Working Hours for Sorting Team Members to be efficient with prior processes & timings.
Ensure fast moving of products along the process.

Ensure quick response to miss-sort, miss pick, miss allocated items.
Monitor Packing Material with Admin Team
Ensure relevant packing material are assigned to packers
Ensure FIFO is maintained in organizing Packing Team
Ensure that packer is packing with relevant packing materials. (Train Team in case of overusing or less using of packing material)
