Job Description

  • Supervise company rig move activities, equipment dispatch, secure smooth and safe rig move operation.?
  • Manpower management for 100-150 employees.
  • Assist in assessing any required equipment evaluations for bids and/or projects.
  • Creates and oversees the implementation of tools utilized in the field.
  • Manage operations effectiveness and safety aspects.
  • Identification of field operational solutions that will improve productivity
  • Implementation of best practices in the field according to company procedures and practices.
  • Build long-term relationships with the field office personnel as well as other managers.
  • Lead and coach other field supervisors.
  • Contribute input to cost effectiveness of future project planning.
  • Provide leadership to all field personnel.
  • Report daily field activity back to management.
  • Conduct yourself as a professional to clients and company personnel.
  • Continue to strive to improve company operations.
  • Always act in the companies? best interest and manage personnel in such a way that operations comply with company standards and procedures.
  • To manage and provide oversight of the safety program in accordance to Company procedures
  • Provides appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers and supervisors.
  • Assists management in the annual inspection of workplaces to assure safe and healthful conditions for workers.
  • Prepares appropriate notices for management to issue for abatement of any identified hazards.
  • Provides promotional materials and develops and administers recognition systems to promote safe and healthful work performance.
  • Assists management and supervisors in investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent recurrences.
  • Supports Company Safety procedures by recording all accident in a timely, and accurate manner.
  • Assures that claims for injuries and illnesses are dealt with in accordance to both Company procedure and local legislation.
  • Provide new hire and updated safety training.
  • Provide insight into new safety legislations pertaining to our areas of work.
  • Monitor that all areas of work are adhering to Company level of Safety and diligence.
  • Assist Safety supervisors in any way needed.
