Employment: Full Time Conduct site tours to stay familiar with projects and give quality & safety notes.Ensure that the project is on schedule by:-Prepare project schedule at commencement of project-Supervise CPM preparation and submittal for approval-Follow 2 weeks look ahead schedule from CPM especially the critical path.-Follow CPM update every month-Follow long lead items-Follow master plan at every milestone. Example Excavation, Raft, Concrete works, etc..Conduct progress and coordination meetings for all subcontractors once a monthFollow up Client payments submitted on time and collectionEnsure adherence to cost control provided by the Managing Partner by following the labors histogram, concrete analysis, block analysis, subcontractors budget etc..Ensure customer care, relationships and Client satisfactionImplementing companys priorities in order of Quality, Time, CostReport to Managing Partner REQUIREMENTS: University Qualifications: Bsc Civil or Architecture EngineeringOther certifications obtained: PMPSpecialist knowledge: PrimeveraSoft Skills and Personality traits: Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point, etc.Gender Preference: MaleAge Range: 35-45 YearsLanguage Fluency: English & Arabic
