Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a retail company in Kuwait. They are looking for an Operations Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of operations to maximize sales and minimize expenses - by engaging and leading the retail team and fostering a customer-centric culture. The ideal candidate will be familiar with retail operations and possess relevant competencies, among other things.˙<br /><br />- Manage all retail store operations and processes, as well as distribute tasks to the team.<br />- Line management of Store Managers - leadership development and performance management. ˙<br />- Driving a culture of customer centricity through shop floor behaviors - ensuring the brand is accurately represented on the floor through the team, strong Visual Merchandising and product placement<br />- Prepare and control budgets with the goal of minimizing expenditure while increasing efficiency.<br />- Manage logistics and transportation to ensure retail stores are efficiently supplied.<br />- Manage stakeholders both internally (head office / support functions) and externally (mall management, customers, local authorities, etc.)<br />- Monitor stock levels and ensure maximum availability to drive sales - avoid stock outs of key lines and oversupply of stock<br />- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events, campaigns or commercial initiatives<br />- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for store improvements<br />- Competitor feedback and analysis<br />- Analyse sales and revenue reports, formulation of action plans<br />- Ensure that the store follows all legal, health, and safety regulations.<br /><br />Requirements-˙Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.<br />- Proven experience as an operations manager or similar role.<br />- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.<br />- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br />- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.<br />- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br /><br />
