Job Description

The taskOwnership of Dropshipping and eCommerce Customer Experience operations, develop merchandizing strategy by researching for trending products to introduce the best global offerings to the local customers.

  • Set business model plan, marketing plan, launch plan and KPI?s
  • Achieve monthly sales target in agreement with management.
  • Monitor/analyzes competitive landscape and what?s trending to maximize sales and growth.
  • Management of all sales channels (website, mobile apps, social etc), partners and vendors.
  • Curation and management of Social Media communication with the customers
  • Maintain & Share Reports on Daily/ Weekly basis to the management.
Who you areYou possess a driven sense of ownership, leadership, and accountability. Dropshipping Management background that reflects an ability to manage multiple functions across the Dropshipping ecosystem. You can play an integral part in our leadership team, organization and adding to the bottom-line. In order to be successful at this role, you need to have had experience in:
  • Proven experience in e-Commerce / Dropshipping business on a similar role
  • Three years Bachelor of Business degree.
  • Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform ? Shopify is a plus
  • Identify and source right products based on demand, logistic feasibility, competitive pricing and overall viability.
  • Create and maintain content SEO of the Products and Categories in English and Arabic
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies with other stake holders
  • Excellent ability to handle customer service complaints
  • Assess quality and reliability of suppliers while choosing products (Kuwait& MENA)
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders ? Marketing, Sales, IT Development Team
  • Identify segment of users for the selected products, to Market (MENA)
  • Experience with Online Advertising (Google & Instagram) will be a plus
  • You?re a people person ? this position will require cross-department collaboration.
