Odoo Technical Manager (Kuwait Resident)Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.- 6–10+ years experience in Odoo development and customization.- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial technical role.- Proven track record leading Odoo enterprise deployments.- Experience with multi-module setups (HR, CRM, Sales, Accounting, Recruitment, E-Commerce, Inventory, Website).- Hands-on experience in upgrading Odoo versions (e.g., 12 ? 16 ? 17/18/19).- Strong knowledge of Odoo Framework (ORM, models, views, workflows, QWeb, Owl)- Strong understanding of system security, backup strategies, and data protection.
