Responsibility and Duties:Requirements & Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects.
At least 4 years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) and Network Security Engineer with technical certification from such as Checkpoint, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in installing, maintaining and rolling out medium to large Next-Generation Endpoint Security Solutions such as Sophos , Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto Networks, TrendMicro, etc.
Strong knowledge of consultancy services on web/client / DNS / Email security/ Advance Security Solutions, Monitoring Solutions and Corporate Cyber Security Policy and Management
Knowledge of security products, such as Sophos, Cisco, Fortinet, CheckPoint, Mcafee, Juniper, etc.
Sold technical support experience in large scale cyber security projects and mission-critical infrastructures is an advantage
Familiar with Cybercrime and IT fraud (Spoofing, Forged Email, Phishing sites) is a plus
Holding one or more of the following certificates is an advantage (e.g. CISSP, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+, ITILv3, etc.)
Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.
Proactive and can work independently or as a team
Good presentation and proficiency in writing a technical proposal
Pre-sales.
Work with commercial sales teams to ensure FCC cyber security solutions are used in production environments and become the first choice for our most strategic customers.
Having presales exposure in consultation, designing, and sizing cybersecurity solutions for customers
Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc
Provide technical support on cyber security and/or network projects
Provide technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of cyber security and/or network projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors, and partners to customers.
Proven Experience and history of having worked on Enterprise level Networking and security projects. Strong working knowledge of information systems security.
Experienced in providing related network systems security support specifically with IT Security planning in a multi-platform computing environment.
Proven Experience in installing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco networking infrastructure.
Proven Experience in installing, configuring, managing, and securing high-end Routers, Switches, Network Security devices such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, ACS, Anti-Virus, etc.
Excellent Troubleshooting and Communication skills.
