Job Description

We are seeking a proficient NDT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a commitment to quality inspection practices. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections in accordance with industry standards and specifications, with a focus on Ultrasonic Examination, Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) methods. Your role will primarily involve inspecting materials and components in the Refinery/Petrochemical industry, ensuring the integrity and safety of critical assets.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Ultrasonic Examinations using straight beam probes, adhering to ASNT Level-II Certification standards.
  2. Conduct thickness gauging utilizing ultrasonic digital thickness meter, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
  3. Execute Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) methods proficiently, maintaining high standards of inspection quality.
  4. Adhere to established inspection procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the inspection process.
  5. Collaborate with fellow inspectors and engineering personnel to analyze inspection results, identify defects, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  6. Document inspection findings, including detailed reports, data analysis, and recommendations for further evaluation or maintenance.
  7. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
