• Assist the Senior Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies for Danish Bakery outlets.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the bakery facility.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operations.

Financial Management

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and revenue targets for each Danish Bakery outlet.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Identify areas for cost optimization and implement appropriate measures.
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and monitor cash flow.

Product Development and Quality Control

• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and culinary team in developing and enhancing bakery product offerings.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to brand standards and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain standardized recipes and portion control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor the quality of bakery products, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards

Merchandising and Display

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
• Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure appealing and organized product displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and freshness of displayed items, adjusting as necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching promotional displays and signage.

Customer Service and Sales Monitoring

• Monitor customer service and sales activities in Danish Bakery outlets to ensure exceptional service delivery and sales performance.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and sales.
• Generate reports and provide insights to the Operations Manager regarding team performance and areas for improvement.

Monitoring Competition and Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competition in the bakery sector.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations, processes, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive operational excellence.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

• Create work schedules, manage shifts, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Manage and provide guidance to the teams in Danish Bakery outlets.
• Assist in setting performance expectations, establishing goals, and motivating the team to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
