Coordinating the placement of merchandise within the store to optimize sales and enhance the customer experience
Ensuring that the store displays are visually appealing, current, and consistent with the stores brand
Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the buying team to ensure that the store has sufficient stock of merchandise
Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales and merchandising strategies
Training and coaching the merchandising team on effective merchandising techniques and customer service
Collaborating with the store management team to develop and execute promotional events and sales campaigns
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and standards
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues as needed
