Shipment Process & Tracking
Making sure shipment arrive on time to stores
Report & follow up any discrepancies in shipments or in stock deliveries
Prepare initial allocations in line with brand allocation strategy
Create store to store transfers
Prepare item list to obtain SALE license
Open mindedness & ability to breakdown & prepare data in the proper format for analysis
Generate reports (e.g., sales vs. budget, margins, sell through, sales contribution by category)
Provide administrative support to replenishment process of merchandize.
Assist with monitoring stock and sales records, placing orders and preparing reports.
