Job Description

Job PurposeResponsible for promoting consumer healthcare products within private hospitals, aiming to generate prescriptions and increase company revenue through effective product presentations and relationship building with healthcare professionals.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesPromotion and Sales

  • Proactively contact and engage with healthcare professionals within hospitals, pharmacies and other medical institutions to promote and sell consumer healthcare products tailored to their needs and practice requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct detailed product presentations to doctors, emphasizing the benefits and effectiveness of the consumer health products offered by the company.
  • Process orders from healthcare professionals, managing the sales cycle from initiation to delivery to ensure timely access to the products.
Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare staff in private hospitals, understanding and fulfilling their requirements efficiently.
  • Offer ongoing support and detailed product information to healthcare professionals, thereby building trust and enhancing long-term relationships.
Market and Product Knowledge
  • Continually enhance personal knowledge of the company?s consumer healthcare products and sales techniques.
  • Take note of market trends, including new healthcare initiatives, legislative changes, and competitor activities, to maintain a competitive edge and share the information with the direct superior.
  • Build and utilize external networks to understand broader market dynamics and apply insights to improve sales strategies.
Reporting
  • Collect and analyze information from interactions with healthcare professionals to aid in the development of accurate sales forecasts and strategic planning.
  • Propose and implement innovative sales strategies and pricing models to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring sustained growth.
