Job Description

As a Medical Insurance Unit Manager in Kuwait, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the medical insurance unit within a healthcare organization. Your role will involve managing a team of insurance professionals and ensuring the efficient and effective processing of medical insurance claims.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the medical insurance unit.
  2. Review and analyze medical insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the medical insurance claims process.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
  5. Train and mentor insurance staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job duties.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Strong knowledge of medical insurance policies and procedures.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
  4. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  5. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
