Media SpecialistJob Location : KuwaitKey Responsibilities :•Execute the content strategy provided by the CMO across all social channels.•Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content that reflects Inspire Sahara’s premium positioning.•Publish content according to the approved calendar, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.•Use the custom GPT tool to generate scripts, captions, headlines, and supporting copy.•Maintain an organized content library and ensure proper versioning.•Create and adapt content variations required by the paid media plan (formats, durations, hooks, thumbnails, etc.).•Coordinate closely with the paid media agency to ensure timely delivery of materials.•Support the fitness and GX teams during events, challenges, member workshops, and activations.•Capture on-ground footage and member moments to ensure real-time, authentic storytelling.•Assist with set-up, organization, and execution of marketing-related events and campaigns.•Coordinate with reception, sales, and fitness teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.•Track content performance and share weekly insights with the marketing team.•Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Requirements :•Proven experience in content creation, videography, and social media production.•Strong editing skills (video + photo).•Comfort working quickly and independently in a fast-paced, premium environment.•Strong coordination skills and willingness to be present on the ground during events and peak•hours.•Familiarity with platform best practices and paid media content needs.•Ability to use AI tools for copywriting and ideation.•Can start immediately
