As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automated systems and equipment used in our 3D printing operations. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve the efficiency, reliability, and quality of our 3D printing processes.Key Responsibilities:- *Design and Development:* Develop and design mechatronic systems that enhance the performance of 3D printers, including automation systems, sensors, actuators, and control systems. - *System Integration:* Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components to create cohesive and functional automated systems.- *Troubleshooting and Maintenance:* Diagnose and resolve issues with 3D printing machines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.- *Process Optimization:* Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.- *Prototyping:* Design and prototype custom tools, fixtures, and components to improve the capabilities of 3D printing operations.- *Collaboration:* Work closely with software engineers, mechanical engineers, and production teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of systems.- *Documentation:* Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, procedures, and maintenance logs.- *Quality Control:* Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the reliability and precision of printed parts.- Safety Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes comply with safety regulations and best practices.
