? Capable for pump & motor alignments, replacement of bearings & mechanical seal.? Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements? identifying problems and rectification of the same? Removes defective parts by dismantling devices.? Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.? Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.? Assist in all plumbing stoppage in the mall.? Assist in major shutdowns for repairs? Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the Maintenance Engineer.? Assures the proper operation of a wide variety of mechanical machines and devices including pumps, engines, motors, conveyors and compressors? Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.? Provide repair and maintenance to motors, starter?s breakers and associated equipment in the entire mall.? Assist in providing preventive maintenance of all electrical / mechanical / plumbing equipment and updating of appropriate logs.? Assist on major shutdowns for repairs.? Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the Maintenance Engineer.
