Review project specifications, BOQ, and drawings and sorted according to the scope of works prior to sending RFQ.
Determination of Materials, finishes, equipment, and supplies requirements.
Conduct industry research to identify potential suppliers.
Contact suppliers/vendors by sending RFQs during tenders and execution of projects and collect Quotations for further evaluation.
Responsible for materials evaluation by preparing technical & cost comparisons and qualifications as per contractual specifications.
Prepare Material Purchase requests for the project requirements.
Monitor shipment and delivery for the materials ordered.
Prepare close-out submission on projects during close-out stage.
