Job Description

Job Purpose:The Master Data Coordinator ensures that the right SAP Master Data is entered and maintained in the SAP system.Key Accountabilities:?Master Data Entry:

  • Ensure that the right processes and approvals are followed in case of any Master Data creation or change in the system.
  • Ensure that the right inputs for all fields are provided in case of any Master Data creations or changes.
  • Ensures that the upload of all master data happens within time and with accuracy in SAP Master Database
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of master data to identify and correct errors.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement data quality standards and best practices to enhance overall data integrity.
Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to master data entry processes.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry tasks.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in data entry and maintenance.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to master data management.
  • Support any new IT projects from Master Data point of view
  • Support to account team for digitizing (scanning) debit notes˙
