Position Purpose:Marketing Executives are responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, serviceor idea.role includes: planning; advertising; public relations; event organization; productdevelopment; distribution; sponsorship; and research.Tasks, duties and responsibilities (TDR):1. Track and report on the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.2. Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.3. Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.4. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.5. Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and social media accounts. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including suppliers, printer?s designers and partner organizations.6. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities7. Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.8. Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events. Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and seminars.9. Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.10. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the appropriate media, to achieve marketing objectives.11. Writing and proofreading copy.12. Organizing photo shoots.13. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.14. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures15. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
