Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kuwait. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities in our restaurants. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurants are in optimal condition and provide a safe and comfortable environment for our customers and employees.Responsibilities:

  1. Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the restaurant equipment, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, cooking equipment, and plumbing fixtures.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
  3. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
  4. Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Prior experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and cooking equipment.
  4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
