Maintaining property appearance, equipment, and systems including but not limited to air conditions, electrical, and plumbing at the direction of the Director of Operations.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and general repair to various facility systems.
Inspect facilities and equipment regularly for problematic or unsafe conditions.
Carry out routine daily, weekly, monthly general maintenance checks on air conditioner units, plumbing systems, equipment, electrical appliances, electrical, etc. installed in the premises and do the needful accordingly ensuring safe working practices are maintained.
Supervise/coordinate with outside maintenance contractor if needed for major breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Coordinating/ supervising pest control around the campus.
