Responsible to conduct maintenance procedures and actionsof the building and the equipment?s for smooth functioning of operations as scheduled and complete accurately as required. Tracking expenses, reporting progress, and maintaining schedules of maintenance and repair. Establish priorities, goals and to prepare action plan for all maintenance and repair functions according to operations and standards requirements. Contacting third party contractors for outsourced maintenance or repair work and tracking their expenses, communicates the job requirements and insure job completion to standard and timeline.Key Accountabilities:Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.Conduct preventive maintenance work as required.Conducting temperature readings of all chillers and freezers including walk-in freezer and chiller, ensure cold holding units are functioning to standard temperature and well maintained.Checking if the air-cooling fans and Air conditioning units are functioning and in good working conditions.Checking if all the lights and electrical appliances are in working conditions and making necessary replacement and wiring required.Ensuring auto doors and air curtains are operating in good condition.Ensures water supply and plumbing of the facility is operational and in good condition.Contacting third party contractors for outsourced maintenance or repair work and tracking their expenses, communicates the job requirements and insure job completion to standard and timeline.Regularly inspect machinery with respect to safety issues inclusive but not restricted to ground and trip hazards, broken machinery or equipment, any electrical or fire hazards.Ensures compliance to company safety and security standards, procedures and policies.Ensure that maintenance personnel wear and utilizes all safety and personal protective equipment correctly as required.Any other tasks needed by Direct Manager.Key Success Factors:Familiar with electrical and plumbing systems.Familiar with Airconditioning units and cold holding equipment as freezers and chillers.
